Some time ago, inspired by a fantastic Romanian traditional rug, I created a flower-pot (check this link out if you are interested in the process). The dominant colors were yellow, black, and red.
Today, I’m showing you a similar design I recently finished. This time, the dominant colors are black, yellow, and green. Also, taking advantage of the roundness of the flower-pot, I depicted the Romanian traditional dance called “hora”. I really like the old traditional style of sketching silhouettes.
For the tray I used the same colors as in the upper edge of the flower-pot, to balance the design.
