The time has come to introduce myself. Apart for how I ended up with this passion for mosaic that I detailed in my first article, here are the stages of a mosaic self -portrait. Although not my best work, it is my 1st try at a portrait, so please be kind.

Pickig up mosaic colors…
Cutting and positioning the mosaic pieces to form the printed out image…
Grouting…
The first time the skin color came out too light, the second time it came out in several shades of pink (due to over-cleaning), and the 3rd time it came out just right (only to not dry out as perfectly)…
The final piece, covered with lacquer for more intensity in colors…
